Access via Desktop

Use the same email address you use for ParentVUE — the one on file with your child’s school.

  1. Go to: https://www.jocombs.org/fs/chat
  2. Open the desktop or mobile app and tap Sign In.

  3. Enter your email address (ParentVUE email/username) and tap Continue.

  4. On the next screen, tap Forgot password.

  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email. If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk or Promotions.

  6. Open the email and tap the reset link.

  7. Create a new password, then return to the app and log in with your email and new password.

Access via Mobile App

  1. Download the app for your smartphone or tablet.                              APPLE IOSGoogle Play
  2. Enter your email address (ParentVUE email/username) and tap Continue.

  3. On the next screen, tap Forgot password.

FAQ

Helpful Tips

  • If you’re already logged into your school account on your computer, the app may log you in automatically
     
  • You can switch between desktop and mobile — all messages stay synced
     
  • Messages sent to a Chat Room are delivered to all members of that room (students, parents, and staff included)
     
  • Students do not create a new account or use a personal email; only district credentials are permitted. 
     
  • For parents, use the same email address you use for ParentVue
     
  • For privacy, safety, and record keeping, all chat/text communication should remain within the district chat app (no external apps or personal texting)
